how to select user preferences on 7960: change background image-already uploaded onto cucm. it seems like this option is not available on 7960/7940...works with 7962/7942/7965/7945/7975

Just remember the instructions are wrong, you need a separate web server to host the idle url, the screenshots are from a Linux version on which you cannot upload anything to tomcat.
