Is it possible to copy all the files from the flash to a tftp server to make a backup.
I am searching for the reverse of the command "archive tar /xtract tftp://10.10.10.2/cme-gui-4.0.3.0.tar flash:"

You can define the following comands in your router and download all files include IOS image from the flash via ftp client program in your PC.
ip ftp username abc
ip ftp password abc
ftp-server enable
ftp-server topdir flash:
