Backup Doesn't delete the old backup

Hello ,

I used EFT server to backup all system : CUCM,UNITY,IPCC.

the issue that CUCM,Unity,IPCC didn't remove old backup .

The disk is getting full in server.

Do you know to change in order remove old backup?

What is the value you have set for Number of backups to store on Network Directory option on the DRS page under BackupDevice option. In an ideal situation the number you will give here will be the number of backups stored on the SFTP server, if it is equal then things are working fine and you should try to reduce the number to get rid of this situation. If the number of backups on the SFTP server is more than the value that you have assigned here then try to move the backups manually from the SFTP server to some other location.

Can you try restarting the Cisco DRF Master and Cisco DRF Local on all the servers and then check.

Note: Cisco DRF Master will only be available on Primary/Publisher server.
