I can use any help anyone here can provide. So, i have an IP Flex PRI at a site that terminates into a Cisco 4331 router on site. I have been working with Cisco TAC on this but we consistently are seeing problems with voice quality. We are sure it has to be a codec issue, but he doesn't seem to be able to isolate it and figure out how to permanently fix this issue. f I need to paste the sho run config, I can. But didn't know if anyone had an answer to this off the top, or if you need to dig into with me to help me figure this out.
