Bad Call Quality issue on a Cisco 4331 router

Good morning,

I can use any help anyone here can provide. So, i have an IP Flex PRI at a site that terminates into a Cisco 4331 router on site. I have been working with Cisco TAC on this but we consistently are seeing problems with voice quality. We are sure it has to be a codec issue, but he doesn't seem to be able to isolate it and figure out how to permanently fix this issue. f I need to paste the sho run config, I can. But didn't know if anyone had an answer to this off the top, or if you need to dig into with me to help me figure this out.

we need the following:

sh controller 

sh run 

sh call act vo (during the call)

sh sccp connect (during the call)

sh proc cpu sor (during the call)

sh proc cpu hist 

sh voip rtp connect (during the call)
