Which exact IOS is this?
If you deconfigure MGCP completely, can you make "test call" ?

Hi,
As I said before, that circuit appears defective to me.
You can enable "debug isdn q921" and "debug isdn q931", when making or receiving a call. Chances are, it will show again that the switch is disconnecting layer2.

Hi,
for the first call, the switch is disconnecting L2 without apparent reason:
001480: *Nov 19 21:24:58.855 PCTime: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q921: User RX <- DISCp sapi=0 tei=68
The last call was placed for "unrestricted digital" so I don know who was being called, but if a voice device, is normal that the switch responds "bearer capability no implemented".
Sorry if I can help you more, but it seems to me there is MGCP involved and that makes everything more difficult.
