Bare Metal, Blade and Hypervisors - what are these?

Hello Friends,

In my past discussion I understood the differences between MCS and UCS server. While I was readying a book realted to UCS I came across these words, like Bare Metal, Blade and Hypervisors. What are these and what is the concept in this? 

Please explain in a way you would do it to a beginner as I am.
