BARS restore with CCM 3.3(3)sr4a

I am attempting to do a BARS backup/restore from an old server to a new server.

The backup went fine, but the restore is not going so smooth.

BARS fails when it gets to the "Redirecting IIS Web service" process.

Windows Server 2000.4.4 OS

CCM 3.3(3)sr4a

BARS 4.0.12

Has anybody run into this? If so, how did you resolve the issue?

Please check the trace files for both backup and restore. May be the backup had errors?

how about your network connectivity from new server to rest of the stuff?

Did you try using SQL back up and restore rather for your stuff. The othe thing I would check is see if you have the exact path at least till you re store BARS.
