Basic (9.0) Unified CM Insufficient Licenses

Dears,

Can anyone help us we have issue with basic user license its showing insufficient licences if you see on the table its mention in required 353 and total is installed 253 i need to how to add extra license in ELM....

Hi Syed, you need to purchase licenses. You would get the PAK code. You need to visit the site www.cisco.com\go\license : License Administration Portal. you need to enter the PAK code along with generated file [paste].This file u can get from ELM--license management--licenses ---other fulfilment options ---generate license request. after u receive the file , again go to license management---licenses---other fulfilment options ---Fulfil licenses from file---browse the file and click on Install . after that go to monitoring ---license usage ---synchronise now. regds, aman
