Basic Call Queue

I have a Hunt Pilot configured to Queue. I have selected a MOH Source and Announcement and for testing, set the maximum numbers of callers in queue to 1. The MOH Audio Source Config is below...

MOH Audio Source File SampleAudioSource

Initial Announcement                     "TagOffice"
Initial Announcement Played        Only for Queued Calls
Periodic Announcement                "TagOffice"
Periodic Announcement Interval   30

When i test this i get the "TagOffice" announcement and then it immediately plays it again....after that the ExampleAudioSource music plays for 30 seconds and i get the announcement.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the Announcement to play once....music for 30 seconds...then the announcement again. Any suggestions?

Hi.

Remove initial announcement (select "---Not Selected--")  leave only periodic announcement .and you should obtain what are you looking for.
