BAT 7.15 - Changing Hunt Pilot CSS for forwarding. Can it be done?

Hi,

does anyone know if BAT can be configured to change the CSS for the forward settings of hunt pilot. I've done it for exts but there doesn't appear to be away for hunt pilots to be changed.

I need this because since our upgrade to v7 call forwards have not worked. I think this is because the field needs to be populated on v 7.

On v4.2 even if the CSS was set to none the forward still worked.

Hey,

One way to achieve this would be to export your configuration (Bulk Administration -> Import/Export -> Export) and export your current Hunt Pilot configuration there. Next download the tar file being generated, edit the .csv file by putting the correct CSS. Add the .csv file back to a tar archive, upload it and use it to import your configuration (and overwrite existing data).

woo, sounds a good answer, I'll keep it in mind as I gues this could be used for other settings not covered in the BAT.

I already manually changed our 295 Hunt Pilots CSS's !
