Hi everyone,
we have several 56x headsets in use and some have heavily degraded battery performance (less than 1h talking time).
Is it possible to order replacement batteries and/or repair them? The devices are "almost unused" and it would be a pity to replace them just yet.

Hello,
For issues with degraded battery performance on your 56x headsets, it's recommended to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support or service center. They can provide information on whether replacement batteries are available and guide you on the appropriate steps for repair.
Include details about the headset model, the extent of battery degradation, and any troubleshooting steps you've already taken. The manufacturer's support team should be able to assist you in resolving the battery issues without the need for premature replacement.

Did you found a genuine battery?

Hi,
the battery in my 562 headset is getting weak. Were can I get a replacement part, or can someone name a service partner here in Germany, who is able to change the battery or order a replacement battery?

Those headsets are designed to be disposable and "repairability" was never the intention.
