Hi,
We have BE6K M4 running successfully without any issues. The previous administrator left the organization without sharing any credentials for the device(s). We do not have ESXI or CUCM/CUPS/UNITY credentials to login. CIMC is also password protected and we do not have credentials.
Please advise the way out to get hold of the ESXI, CUCM and other servers without loosing the data.
Regards
Saif

If the worst comes to the worst you can re-install ESXi over the top of the existing install, selecting the option to retain the data store contents. You'll need to add the guests back into the ESXi inventory afterwards.
Once you have control at the ESXi level you can reset the platform administrator passwords, and security passwords, by following this process ... https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/213527-changing-cucm-os-admin-and-security-pass.html
With the platform passwords reset, you can change the application admin passwords from the CLI ..
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

Thanks Tony,
A few more questions
1. If we reinstall the ESXI, should it be the same version as the existing or it could be different versions?
2. Reinstalling means we will have to abruptly power down the machine which could damage the existing CUCM database
3. The network settings of the ESXI like vSwtich, IP address and VLANs would exists after reinstall or would have to be redone?
Regards
