BE7M-M4-K9 VS BE7H-M4-K9

I want to purchase the BE7M-M4-K9, but it is not enough on my CUP requirement of dual-processors. If I purchase the BE7H-M4-K9, it is over my budget.

May I purchase the BE7M-M4-K9 and add on 1 x CPU to install by myself?
