Hi Community,

I hope you're well

My issue is when I pick up the handset of the phone is automatically marked a number, it can be the directory or any other number that does not exist. The user does not configure anything on the device or any speed dial. I already have four cases in the week that happens.

What I do to solve, is to disconnect the voip phone from the network and reconnect.

Is it possible for the user to dial by mistake for this to happen?

Thanks for your help!

CUCM - version: 11.5.1.15900-18.
I do not have PLAR configured.

Thanks

OK, are they SCCP or SIP phones?

If it's a random number they dial, and the phone is sending those digits, you can see that in the CUCM traces.

Hi!
Only SCCP. I will review the traces in the CUCM.

Or could it be some hardware error?
