"Can anyone of you tell me the BHCC of BE6K and BE7K?
Does it vary with cluster size or its same for whole system and independent to the various type of Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
BHCC Defined as given below:
BHCC = BHCA * ASR
Where, ASR = Attempt Seizure Ratio or Answer Seizure Ratio
ASR refers to probability of a call to get free traffic channel and call to be completed. It is usually measured after the complete operations. It is typically taken between 0.65 to 0.8.
so , please let me know for the system or separately for all versions of BE6K and BE7K."
