BLF not working in 7914 module

Recently I have added 7914 expansion module for one user. As per the request I defined the some extensions and BLF-SD button on module. Issue is the BLF - busy lamp is not working, only speed dial is working .Has anyone ever experienced this issue before?

Does it work on one of the buttons on the phone?

Do you have subscribe CSS defined on the phone with access to the parition of monitored phone?

Hi friend,

I have experienced this issue in the past. If this is CallManager, please check in the ephone configuration page (under Protocol Specific Information) if you have assigned a CSS in "SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space" field. If not, assign a calling search space that contains the partition that contains the DN that you're monitoring.
