Hello ,
I have issue with cisco 8851.
The BLF-SD light is always on phone.
if I made factor reset the problem fix .
my version sip 88xx-10-2-2-16
any idea ?

Is it affecting all 8851's or just one of them?
Does the issue return automatically after factory reset as well or factory reset fixes it completely?

1.all phones.
2.The issue return automatically after factory reset(Time is undefined).

I would suggest an upgrade to latest firmware 11.5.1 to see if that resolves the issue

we check again with customer and one of cisco 8851 have a problem.
