Hi,
I am completely new to Cisco Phone world.
Anyway we are using CUCM Version 8.5.1.10000-26. Physical Cisco IP Phone is 7961
My scenario is as below,
User A internal number - 6931
User A forwards to his Mobile 10861234567 (1 to Dial Outside line + 086 is the mobile prefix )
User B calls user A's Internal number 6931 from same internal network
But on User B's phone display shows User A's forwarded mobile number 10861234567
I want user B to see only User A's Internal number 6931 but not the forwarded one.
Please explain in detail step by step to achieve it. As I said I am new to this.
Any help on this really appreciated.
