Blocking call external and celular

Hi Guys,

As I can to do blocking a directory number to that it blocking Redirect Call to external phone or celular phone? Any rule in the forwarding external calls?

Hi Wilson,

When you look at the directory number in Callmanager, you can restrict the calling search space for the different redirect methods. What you can do for this scenario is change the 'Call Forward All' CSS to your Internal Only (or equivalent) calling search space.

(Unless you're using CME, then I'd need to look something else up).
