Does anyone have any experience blocking calls? What else should I do to block these calls?
We are receiving calls from on outside caller to a senior level manaer within my company. The number shows up in CDR and on the caller ID as a 6 digit number. I opened a ticket with TAC to block the incoming call and we made chages to the gateway the calls are coming through. The calls are still making it through.
We are going to be upgrading our CM to 9.x next month.
Any assistance would help.
