Blocking internal caller ID

Hello - one of our support groups wants to pass its department number when calling internal end users back.  Their external mask is easy on PSTN calls but trying to figure out on how to do this with internal calls.  We are running CUCM 10.0.

Hi ,

 try this:

1) create a new CSS with a new PT.

2) insert this new CSS into your Support Group IP Phone's CSS

3) Create a 'Translation Pattern'

 Translation Pattern: <your internal Dial Plan, ex.: 1XXX>

 PT: <the new PT>

 CSS: <your Support Group IP Phone's old CSS>

 Calling Party Transformation Mask: <the department number, ex.: 3000>
