Okay, briefly, I am very green to this as our latest Telephony person left for greener pastures.
I have been assigned to support until the university hires another one. Our Smartnet has expired, which we are working on to renew.
Until then, I am being required to support the campus and have this challenging request.
I have researched this on the community, but unfortunately, a lot of this is to foreign to understand at this moment. I am listening/watching CBT's of CCNA Voice at home & work as time permits.
An end user is receiving an annoying international call that he wants it to be blocked.
We are running v10.5 CUCM, CUC, and UCCX
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
If i understand correctly you would like to block one international number to be dialed for once specific extension, if that the case
1 Create a new Partition
2 Create Translation Pattern and add it to that Partition.
3 Create a CSS and then add that partition to that CSS
4 Under Translation Pattern Select Route Option to Block this pattern and select one of the option from the drop down

Not sure if you can do it for a particular extension but you can block the number as a whole that means whenever the call will come from that particular number, it will not ring on any phone in your company no matter to which user that extension belongs to. Below are two good articles that talk about doing this:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/71966/blocking-calls-based-calling-party-id - This should do the job for any kind of gateway
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/77241/technotes-how-block-incoming-calls-cucm-8x-based-ani-mgcp-gateway - Specific for MGCP gateway
