Blocking STD/ISD Calls after Office Hours

Hi All,

I want to block all STD/ISD Calls after Office Hours.

But, In some case, If a user comes to office in Non-Office Hours for any scheduled urgent call he should be able to make STD/ISD call from his desk phone.

Is that possible in CUCM.

Yes, with ToD, configure it so that you block the calls using the regular call routing, and create a special route pattern, which is different from the usual way they dial, which only activates while ToD is blocking the calls.

That way, that special dialing, will only work when ToD block all other calls.
