Hello,
Has anyone used this feature successfully? The sample file Cisco gives on CUCM doesn't have much information so I am wondering if the tool carries over all settings from the old phone to the new phone (Device Pool, CSS, Display Name, etc.)
Thanks in advance. All replies rated

Are you in a process of replacing the old phones with new phones ? If yes, and if your CUCM versions is 11.5SU8 , or 12.SU3 or 14. You can make use of the Phone migrations feature. Which is a simple and easy process. Refer the below link to learn more about Phone migrations. You can also refer feature configuration Guide.

It will all depend on exactly what you're trying to do, the topic has been covered many times at the community, there's also the BAT documentation online (as well as the built-in help) and there was an ask me anything event on BAT that is also in the community. Have you reviewed any of those resources?
