Bulk Call Fwd Change

I'm trying to add call forward to respective numbers on a bulk basis of 100 - 150 DN/Extensions

Is it possible to Bulk Change Call Fwd Settings of an individual nature for DN's in Call Manager 6?

For example if i have 100 DN's

1234

1235

1236

1237

1238....so on

And I want to respectively change the Forward All destinations to

91234

91235

91236

91237

91238....so on

it doesnt appear that i can do this from phones>update phones....use custom file....as the options afterwards are universal to the numbers in the custom file.

Is it the case that I would have to bulk export, change the relevant details and re-import?

Hi,

you need to export your phones, then update the required fields in the CSV file.

after that update the phones using the BAT (you need to upload your updated CSV file)

Thanks anas, i thought this may be the case

Given the blocks we are doing this in, it would probaby be more work than manually doing it.
