I need help bulk editing Call Handlers in Unity Connections 8.5.

I have a customer that needs to add call handeler owers to about 1500 call handlers. Does anybody has a custom scrip to create or edit call handlers in bulk for unity connections 8.5 ? any help or directions would be greatly appriciated.
