Bulk Subscribe Phones to IP Services

Is there a way to Bulk subscribe phones to IP services. (specifically EM login and EM logout). The phones have already been deployed so I would rather not use the BAT tool to accomplish this, if possible. This is using CUCM 7.1.5.10000-12 and 7945 phones. If you need more information in order to provide a suggestion, please let me know.

To the best of my knowledge you will need to use BAT to bulk subscribe phones to EM (if you don't want to manually subscribe each phone).
