hi,
we have CUCM8.0.3 and CUBAC. this morning our receptionist tried logging into the console and received the following error.
Failed to login to server <ip address>
the following error returned: Invalid Extension.
i know this extension is valid, shes been using it for a few weeks now.
does anyone know what the problem could be and how to resolve it?

so i think i have fixed it.
i restarted the CUBAC server as well as the CTI manager on the publisher and it seems resolved. however, not all users are in the console?
any thoughts?

i am having the same issue (invalid extension + not all users in console).
i will try cti manager reset for invalid extension, but how you fixed all users in console issue?
