Busy Lamp field

I have 5 phones in our NOC that all have the same four numbers. I would like to figure out the BLF so they can tell when someone is on say line 1

Hi Jeff,

To configure BLF's on the 4 lines , you must first ensure that they are in a single call pick up group.

After that is done, change the phone button template on all the 4 devices and choose a template which has atleast 3 BLF's configuration option.

Configure the 3 DN on the 3 BLF's and save the configuration.
