Busy trigger for Cisco Phone 8941 und 8945

Hi,

Is there any chance to set the line-parameter "Busy-Trigger" smaller than 2.

With CUCM 8.5 und 7.1.5 you can set the value to 2. We need to change it to 1.

So I need some help!!!

Hi everyone,

We're hitting this bug and we've realized the following:

- with 9.1.2 we can't change the busy trigger value

- with 9.2.2 we can change the busy trigger value (the bug is fixed)

- with 9.3.1 again we can't...

This seems to be what happened to Fabian, doesn't it?

Shouldn't firmware newer than the one with the fix include the fix?

Hi,

We are on 9.2.3.5 now and the busy trigger option works.

We fixed it by rebooting the whole cucm-cluster. So it was not a problem with our cucm-server or the firmware files or the devices.
