What is the best way to check maximum concurrent calls ( internal + external )in CUCM ?
If we check through RTMT in Call Activity - It is per minute basis. Can we change it to per hour basis ?

I like to uses the "Summary by Phone Number" under System Reports -> Traffic
Because I always filter the traffic according to the internal endpoint.

Real time, only with RTMT and the counters you have, you can change the time they report.
Offline, as Rolando mentions, CAR would be the best option.
If you need more info than what CAR can offer, or need to customize the reports, then you need a 3rd party billing app.

Sorry, it was supposed to say that you can't change the time they report.

Using CAR is not possible to have real time per se.
What you can do it to run the hourly report around 9:05am for example to have the stats from 08:00 - 09:00
