Hi team,
Yesterday I face the issue with 2 of our Call center 7841 IP phones that showing "Network Unavailable" on the screen.When I check in setting, I am able to see the IP address but for active and standby server we are observing none.I tried factory rest and it wont help. Kindly help us on the issue.

If the switchport settings are okay, then try swapping with some other switchport and see if the issue follows the IP phone or the switchport.

This could be a hardware problem . Open a TAC case .
