Hi All,
I want to put call diversion on couple of extensions, for example any call comes on 2001 so automatically forward to 3001.
Please let me know what I need to do.

You can use a translation pattern for this application. If the 2000 number is a phone line then you can also configure that phone line to forward all to 3000.

The configuration Bill mentioned IS in CUCM.
If those DNs are on IP phones you can just CFA to wherever you want either on the phone or CCMAdmin
If you need to do this on a schedule do TOD.
