Call does not fall back to Local Route Group.

Hi All,

THe call doesnt fallback to H323 GW if ICT fails, Here is the call flow -

900.1! RP --> RL --> ICT RG

                         ---> H323 GW RG

In case of wan link failure the calls does not fall back to H323. It says Route list exhausted under the traces.

What are these service parameters set to:

Stop   Routing on Unallocated Number Flag

Stop   Routing on User Busy Flag

Make sure they are set to FALSE.
