Call drop for outbound call on cisco 7945G sip phone after 20 sec

recently we have added new phones to our existing voice network. We added cisco 7945G sip phones but we have some issue on outbound call. The voice will automatically drop after 20 sec

 

seems like we are not getting acknowledgement from the phone

Can you please assist what is causing the issue. 

 

Network Diagram

PSTN <--> CME(H.O. Router) <--> EXTERNAL NETWORK(MPLS) <--> GATEWAY ROUTER (REMOTE) <--> PHONES(SIP 7945G)

 

No voice configuration on remote gateway router only routing and IP address
