Hi All,
The call is dropping if i choose My Personal Recording in Callers Hear field but if i select
Note : The greeting which we try to palying is not record through unity connection, we recorded that file using ordinary desktop and i converted that file from .wma format to .wav format. Unity connection is playing the greeting if i play manually, but not via the call. Please help.

Hi Murali,
Are you using the Media Master in CUC to upload the custom file?

The format should be;
CCITT u-Law, 8 kHz, 8 bit mono for the .wave file

Thanks for your reply its very helpful. I just resolved this by sending the call from unity connection to the user to phone to record the greetings.
