call drops intermittent and some alerts at that time

Hi guys. We have users complained about call were not successful , intermittent I didn't see any alerts on the system except this:

12:01:05 naatucm01 local7 2 : 285620: naatucm01.xxx.com: Dec 01 2017 17:01:05.240 UTC :  %UC_RTMT-2-RTMT_ALERT: %[AlertName=CriticalServiceDown][AlertDetail=#012#012#012 Service operational status is DOWN.#012Cisco XCP Directory Service,Cisco XCP Message Archiver,Cisco XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager.#012The alert is generated on Fri Dec 01 12:01:05 EST 2017 on node naseimp01.xxx.com.][AppID=Cisco AMC Service][ClusterID=][NodeID=naatucm01]: RTMT Alert

XCP is service for IM&Presense is it possible this 2 issues are correlated?

on the UCCM i see HI for Presence cluster redunduncay is not enabled.... But I remember it was enabled .

Can XCPservices/IM&P cause call were not successful?

I guess this may cause our problem... Right ? If yes, how to check history what was causing this cpu overload?
