Call Forward All for Extension Mobility

Hi All,

I want to check if below requests can be done on CUCM or not.

1,Externsion is being logged in and FwdAll is set, the call will forward to a internal and external DN.

2,Extension is being logged in and FwdAll is not set,system will playing a announcement if the user did not answer the call.

3,Externsion is not logged in and FwdAll is set, the call will forward to a internal and external DN.

4,Externsion is not logged in and FwdAll is not set, system will playing a announcement.

For request 2 and 4, do we must need a unity connection as a call handler? does it can be done on CUCM?

Correct, you need a voicemail or other IVR platform for scenario two and four announcements. With a few exceptions, CUCM doesn't play participate in the call media, only direct it.
