Hi Everybody!
I have an issue with CFA feature in cme 10.5
When an incoming call arrives to the CME from ISP (SIP Trunk) and this is redirected to mobile phone (sip trunk again), the call is connected but the audio is not present.
This problem applies with Call-Forward No Answer and Call-Forward All but not with Cosult Transfer.
Someone with this kind of problem?

Marcelo, thank you for your response. This case is different ´cause I can reach the mobile number across the CFA feature, but when the other party response the call there is not audio.
We are analizing the logs and we can see that the ISP is not responding with 200 OK (SDP) when I try to negotiate the Codecs but the say they never send this response even when the call is established with an normal outgoing call
To be honest I'm conffused in this case because I can't see the operation that is out of my CME
Any advice?

Hi @jesusjimenez1,
beyond what @R0g22 said ... you can add the following debug:
debug voice ccapi inout debug ccsip messages debug ccsip media
Note: you are probably using CUBE (for SIP with the ISP and with the Mobile Phone) and CME collocated, remember that the only supported combination for ISR G2 is SCCP SRST with CUBE !!!

User A (8110019910) @ISP calls User B (8120889831) @CME ... User B (8120889831) @CME via Dial-Peer 13 "calls" (via a CFAll) User C (0448113199560) @MobileTrunk.
my understanding is correct?

Actually sounds like a cut through audio issue... can you disable rel1xx on cube and send prack for all 1xx messages on the trunk from UCM?

Thanks a lot to everyone! I found a solution, well actually was an error from ISP, they were appliyng a NAT in their SONUS which didn´t recognize the peers from/to the call. After several hours of diagnostic and tshoot they were able to solve it
