Check the CSS next to the Call Forward All Destination at DN configuration page.

Georgios, It works for internal calls (internal extns), but when a call comes from the customer i.e Inbound and lands on the operator's phone i.e x 1400, and when we set the forward to another internal extn, its not working rather the operator's phone keeps on ringing. Thank you, Anand

Incoming calls land directly to operator's extension (or through an AA)? Which partition do operator and other extensions belong to? What is your "entry" to your CUCM; a SIP trunk?

Yes, via AA. CSS is Internal for all extns including operator. SIP only.
