Hello All,
Unable to call forward number from cisco phone but im able to dial/reach the same number from the same Cisco phone. Only call forward is not working. Line, Device and Callforward CSS are same. Is there something need to do in service parameter?. Thanks for your assistance.

What's the CFA CSS activation policy??

CUCM version is 7.5, when im CFW from CUCM the phone is displaying the message "call forward to XXXXXXX" but when i try to call forward from the phone getting message "precedence level exceeded"

Hi Murali.
Try to change the CSS forwarding method in "line/device CSS" and see if it makes the difference
