We have 1 user that when they try to forward a call to a specific user the call goes directly to voicemail. But anyone else can forward a call to the the same user and the call will ring without an issue. Additionally if they try to forward a call to the secondary line on the phone the call will ring and go through like normal. They are running CUCM 8.0(3), which was upgraded from 4.1(3) back in december. I have checked and they are all part of the same partition in Call Manager and the same Calling search space.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
