Call forward not working from outside Call SIP Trunk

Dear,

I installed a 2901 ISR CCME 10.5 with a SIP Trunk from an external supplier.

The call forwarding does not work when a call is received from outside.

If I call from an internal phone on a phone with a call forward to external or internal number it's work

I work on the problem since 2 months without success, I do not understand.

I think the problem may be my dial peer or translation Rule,

There she works with luck because I am quite newbie.

    no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily

I have additional concerns
When calls are being forwarded to an external phone. The number displayed is not like the calling number but to a Russian number.

do you have an idea?
