We use CCM 6.0.1 I have a directory number that if they do not answer or are the phone the destination number is a cell phone. The DN rings six times before it cuts over to the cell phone. Is there some way to change the number of rings before the call gets transferred to the cell phone?

The "No Answer Ring Duration" setting just below the Call Forward All/Busy/No Answer fields allows you to configure the ring duration before CFNA behavior on a per-line basis.

Thank You I was able to adjust the ring # by adding a number to the second field.
