Hi Sirs,
Need some help.
I'm having a CME version 11.0 which I believe call forwarding to voice hunt group is supported.
This is my goal.
I need the reception (ext 5100) has ability to call forward to the pilot 5102
and have the five extension rings simultaneously (5111, 5112, 5113, 5114, 5115)
Here is the setup I made
voice hunt-group 1 parallel
pilot 5102
list 5111, 5112, 5113, 5114, 5115
final 6000
timeout 20
Testing and result made:
When I call 5102 from any of my desk phone - all five extensions are ringing and if someone pickups the call we can establish a call.
When the call is forwarded to 5102 from the 5100 ext of reception and if the call came from any of my deskphone - all five extensions are ringing and if someone pickups the call we can establish a call.
The issue:
whenever I call from outisde (external like from a mobile phone) calling either 5100 or the 5102 - all five extensions are ringing BUT the if someone pickups the call - NO CALLS are being established - just like a dropped call.
Thanks in advance

Is there a codec difference when you call from outside ? Please provide the below debug for one failed call to check the cause for disconnect.
debug voip ccapi inout
debug ccsip messages (if the external connection is SIP)
debug isdn q931 (if the pstn connection is PRI)
Thanks
Rajan

Hi,
In addition to what suggested by Rajan, please share your actual CME configuration.
Thanks
