Call forward

Need help to design the below call fow

We want to forward only external calls to some other extension with out any ring.

All the internal calls should land on the same extension. Please help!

Hi Mohammed.

You can configure a tanslation Pattern with the DID of extensions you want to forward.

Put these TP in a partition matched VG's incoming CSS only

Give to these TP a valid css in order to let them to call "Called Party Transform Mask"

ex.: call from mobile to DID number can be translated to another internal number (Station)?

Absolutely yes :)

TP are mainly used to translate incoming calls from the PSTN

EG.

Called nr . 065551234

My Ext 1234

TP Config

Pattern: 06555XXXX

Partition : Internal

CSS: Internal_Only

Called Party Transform Mask : XXXX

Hi Carlo,

Many thanks for your inputs, Will check the same.

We are using MGCP gateway, Unable to find any CSS in the CUCM configuration.

Can you please let me know why VG css is required. CZ able to see gateway CSS in our CSS list for all locations.

Hi Mohammed.

On MGCP setup, you can find incoming CSS on Port configuration.

With CSS you can manage which DN or Pattern your VG would be able to reach.

If don't have any partition configured on your CUCM, you can avoid this step.
