Call forwarding from cucm to unity

Hi All,

In our organization we need to route some calls from translation pattern to voice mail and the calss  should get land to voice mail and  it should promt for the greetings we have recorded.

Can some one help me how to record greetings and  to route the calls in unity what flow need to carry out so the called person will recieve the recoreded greetings.

in CUC you can make custom recordings and assign that to the call handlers you have created to answer the FWD calls from the CUCM and play the recorded message.

you can make use of a direct route pattern in CUC and tell it from with ext it must expect calls and redirect it to the call handler if you have more than 1 ext comming in.
