call forwarding issue

So i have a client of mines that currently has calls being forwarded to an ex-employee which had ext 8129. This ext was blown away and was recreated for a new user. So the issue is apparently the ex employee is still getting calls forwarding to her cell phone. And for the life of me i cannot find any forwarding config at all in CUCM for that particular extension.  Any ideas what i'm missing here or whats hiding?

Use CDR Analysis and Reporting to search for the called number. This should tell you where the call was forwarded from.
