Cisco Unified CM Administration

So i have a client of mines that currently has calls being forwarded to an ex-employee which had ext 8129. This ext was blown away and was recreated for a new user. So the issue is apparently the ex employee is still getting calls forwarding to her cell phone. And for the life of me i cannot find any forwarding config at all in CUCM for that particular extension. Any ideas what i'm missing here or whats hiding?
