Call From Cisco Webex device side to on-premises device

Hello Team,

I have the following scenario and I got SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error:

 

DX80 >>> Webex Cloud >>> ExpE >>> ExpC >>> CUCM >>> Phone

 

DX80 is registered in Control HUB as Personal Room.

 

I did capture from my ExpE/ExpC/CUCM but I'm not sure what is the problem. I understand the issue is generated from my CUCM.

Hello Team,

 

I solved my problem.

 

Problem: the called number arrived from Webex to expE/expc like this

6820@example;user=phone

 

Resolution: user a new search rule like this

([6]\d{3})@example((:|;).*)?   > replace >  \1@example
